Nicola currently offers a Beginners/Improvers Mat Pilates class on Weds 9.15am–10.15am with an additional Monday class coming soon! The classes will remain small for quality individual instruction, therefore booking is essential.

Pilates offers numerous benefits such as improved posture, flexibility, strength, mobility, balance, co-ordination and overall well-being with a total mind and body connection. Nicola has been teaching movement for 40 years and qualified as a Pilates Instructor through the nationally recognised Health and Fitness Level 3 Mat Pilates Diploma. She has personal experience of the benefits of regular Pilates practice as a means of recovery from many years of back issues and more recently hip surgery.
