What’s included in the foundation training course?

This training provides a gentle introduction to working with a pendulum for healing and transformation.

It consists of:

• A live online course held on Zoom.
• A total of 12 hours training, consisting of 4 sessions, each lasting 3 hours.
• Recordings that are shared with course participants after the course, purely to be used as a reference guide.
• Materials for you to print, which include an electronic copy of your manual, notes to support your learning, the dowsing board, and sample forms so you can complete your treatments.
• A FREE bonus class online, ‘Pendulum Dowsing for Healing and Transformation’, ideally to be taken before the course begins.
• Practice sessions with other participants in between sessions, to be taken in your own time (max. 2-3 hours per week).
• A short relaxation/meditation at the beginning of each session.
• Plenty of time for questions.
• A private Facebook group so you can connect with others who are learning.
• A certificate of attendance for existing therapists who wish to use this training as part of their CPD requirement, and/or wish to become an Energy Harmonisation practitioner.

Additional items you will need:

• A ring binder with plastic punched wallets to store your manual.
• A pendulum, ideally wooden with a sharp point, with a strong metal chain.
• 12 small tumble stone crystals (any that you feel drawn to) and a small pack of post-it notes, a notebook and pen.
• A set of tingsha bells for keeping your crystals clean, or some other method for cleansing your crystals.
• An electronic device with video and audio to participate in the online sessions on Zoom.
• A printer to create your manual and materials (ideally colour).
• An open mind, and a willingness to engage and learn.

Who is this course appropriate for?

• Complete beginners through to those with some experience of working with energy and pendulum dowsing.
• It’s particularly well suited to parents, teachers and carers, and participants who are HSPs or empaths, or those who care for others that are highly sensitive. Also, therapists and counsellors find Energy Harmonisation a great way to keep their energies clear and aligned.
• Young people aged 16+ are welcome to participate in this course with written consent from a parent or guardian.
• Anyone who wishes to participate in the more advanced modules listed below.

Once the system has been practiced and integrated, participants will have access to further optional modules (3 hours each) which can support:

• Deeper healing with support from the angelic realms.

What does Jin Shin Jyutsu mean?

Jin Shin Jyutsu® (pronounced Gin Shin Jitsoo) is an ancient and pure healing art lost for thousands of years until rediscovered in the early 20^th century, now enjoying a wide revival and having a universal appeal. Its full title is ‘Jin Shin Jyutsu® physio-philosophy’. Its philosophy is the richness of Jin Shin Jyutsu, but it also has very practical applications and may help to ease the pain and discomfort of many health conditions, physical, mental and emotional.

What happens in a treatment?

The treatment is non-intrusive and lasts about an hour. The client is asked to lie face up on a treatment couch, fully clothed, and with a pillow, knee support and cover as needed for comfort. There is no massage or manipulation; the treatment is by gentle touch, practised by placing the hands or fingertips over clothing, on specific areas, in combination; the practitioner’s hands are sensitive to pulsations in these areas, and respond by moving slowly and gently over several of these specific areas in sequences to release blocked energy, inducing relaxation, allowing the revitalising energy to flow and rebalance, and bringing the body back into harmony.

Jin Shin Jyutsu – Self-Help

Elizabeth is passionate about the Self-Help aspect of Jin Shin Jyutsu and at the end of treatments she offers clients suggestions for exercises they can do for themselves between treatments if they wish to. She also loves holding workshops to help others to be empowered to help themselves. Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help can be as simple as wrapping the fingers of one hand around the thumb and/or the fingers of the other hand, one at a time, and holding each gently for a few minutes or longer, possibly beginning to feel a pulsation. Through Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help, we awaken our understanding that we are all endowed with the ability to harmonise and balance ourselves to be in rhythm with the universe.
