Classes

Most of our classes are suited to all levels of experience and ability. They focus on maintaining a strong connection between the mind, body and spirit and are holistic in nature.

To book a class please contact the teacher direct, you will find their contact details here, or on the ‘About Us’ page.

Some sessions are drop-in, some are part of a course. Please note that some teachers work term-time only.

If you have any questions please do email the centre.
