Iyengar yoga focuses on the correct alignment of the body to ensure poses are done safely for maximum benefit to the body to bring strength, flexibility and well-being.
Different poses will be taught each week to build knowledge, strength and flexibility. Poses will be demonstrated to draw attention to specific points to help students perform the asana with awareness and understanding. Props such as blocks, belts and bricks may be used to help with stiffness or injury or to assist alignment and understanding of a pose.

The classes are on Monday mornings from 9.30-11am.
Classes cost £12 drop in or £60 for a block of 6 classes.
