Iyengar Yoga classes are led by Sarah Delfas each Tuesday 7.30-9pm and Friday 8.45-10.30am during term time (Fridays for students with at least a year’s experience of Iyengar yoga). Iyengar yoga focuses on precision, alignment and safety in the poses to develop strength, flexibility and stability of the body and a balanced and relaxed mind.
Classes are balanced and vary from week to week. Asanas are sequenced to give maximum benefit to mind and body and ensure that you work safely. Please contact Sarah beforehand if you have any medical conditions or injuries. The classes cost £11 per drop-in, £51 per 6 week half term. Friends’/Members’ offer £9 drop-in.
