Monthly sessions are held for beginners and those with experience. On the first Thursday of each month there is a group for those with some experience of meditation from 7.30-9.30pm and the last Monday 12.30-2.30pm for those who are new to this kind of practice.
Meditation can help to reduce stress, help you to connect with positive emotions and support your health and wellbeing. If you are looking for guidance and support in any area of your life, the connection you find through meditation can be extremely beneficial.
