Georgia Worsfold

Georgia first came to yoga in 2014, it wasn't long before she found herself practicing often and wanting to learn more. She took a leap of faith and completed her 200 hour teacher training course, and has loved every moment since. She loves how the breath and movement slows the mind, increases relaxation and helps us become in tune with our bodies.

Georgia is trained in Mindful Flow, which is a Vinyasa style of yoga. Vinyasa Flow is a beautiful fluid practice, where you flow from one posture to the next.
