Mindful Vinyasa Flow yoga class runs each Friday at 6:45-7:45pm. £8 drop in or a class pass of 6 classes for £40.
Georgia is trained in Mindful Flow, which is a Vinyasa style of yoga. Vinyasa Flow is a beautiful fluid practice, where you flow from one posture to the next. The breath and movement slows the mind, increases relaxation, builds strength, flexibilty and helps us become in tune with our bodies. These classes are open to all levels, including beginners and are challenging but fun!
