Tuesday evening Iyengar Yoga for Beginners, 6 – 7pm

This class aims to introduce new students to Iyengar yoga and will focus on getting to know the Iyengar Yoga Level 1 asanas and establishing a good base from which to progress.  £10 per class.  Class numbers are currently restricted – please contact Sarah at [email protected] or see www.sarahdelfasyoga.co.uk. (NB for now this class will run on alternate weeks with the teenagers’ class and there will be a Zoom class every fortnight to allow for a weekly session)

Tuesday evening Iyengar Yoga for Teenagers, 6.15 – 7pm 

A faster paced class for ages 12 – 19, this class introduces young people to the asanas in a fun and energetic way whilst also touching upon the physical and mental challenges of adolescence and how yoga can help.  £5 per class. Tuesday evening Iyengar Yoga Level 1/2, 7.30 – 9pm

This class caters for those who have recently attended the beginners’ class as well as those more familiar with Iyengar yoga.  It will focus mainly on asanas from the Iyengar Yoga level 1 syllabus but will also touch upon level 2 asanas.  £12 per class.  Class numbers are currently restricted – please contact Sarah at [email protected] or see www.sarahdelfasyoga.co.uk

Friday morning Iyengar Yoga Level 2, 8.45 – 10.30am

This class is for those who have a few years’ experience of attending regular Iyengar yoga classes.  In addition, students should be able to do Sirsasana (headstand) and maintain Sarvangasana (shoulderstand) for 5 mins.  £14 per class.  Class numbers are currently restricted – please contact Sarah at [email protected] or see www.sarahdelfasyoga.co.uk
