Most of our classes are suited to all levels of experience and ability. They focus on maintaining a strong connection between the mind, body and spirit and are holistic in nature. To book a class please contact the teacher direct, you will find their contact details listed by their activity as you scroll down this page, or on the ‘About Us’ page. Some sessions are drop-in, some are part of a course.
