Donna is passionate about the subjects of prayer and faith and believes they are essential practices for living an awakened life. She encourages people to become curious enough to step away from any negative associations with traditional religion and notions of ‘god’ and instead move towards accessing a deep and life affirming connection to the Divine.
“Prayer is about cultivating a deep and intimate relationship with Life itself, and Joy is one of the most powerful prayers we can offer up to the world. Our prayers ground us on the Earth whilst allowing us to lean into the vast expansion of the Universe. In this way, prayers give us both roots and wings.” Donna Lancaster
A documentary called Love(d) was made about the work of The Bridge Retreat and Donna’s book called ‘The Bridge’ will be published by Penguin Life in Spring 2022.
