Izzy teaches meditation and yoga to individuals and groups. She has a particular interest in teaching mindfulness meditation to young people (18-25) as a way to help lower stress and anxiety relating to academic study and general adult development. She teaches Yoga to beginners, and thoroughly enjoys guiding Hatha and Vinyasa Flow classes focusing on the mind-body connection and use of the breath to facilitate the practice as a moving form of meditation. Knowing that we are all different and each receive and interpret information in different ways, Izzy hope to make mindfulness and yoga accessible to everyone in this modern-age, and would like to believe I am able to speak in a language that resonates with each individual.
