Specialising in Yoga for Beginners, Madeline Best is passionate about introducing adults of all ages and situations to a gentle, simple Hatha Yoga practice with an emphasis on being kind to oneself; including calming meditative breathing techniques; an introduction to basic yoga postures and deep nurturing relaxation.

Madeline believes yoga can benefit everyone, but is aware that there are some who feel they are just not the right shape, not ‘bendy’ enough or simply reluctant to make the first move to discovering just what yoga can achieve for them.

Madeline came to her mat over 22 years ago when pregnant with her first child. She has practised yoga regularly since then and in recent years joined the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) completing the Foundation Course which has lead onto the BWY Level 4 Certificate in Teaching Yoga.
