Most of our classes are suited to all levels of experience and ability. They focus on maintaining a strong connection between the mind, body and spirit. To book a class please contact the teacher direct. You will find their contact details listed by their activity as you scroll down this page or on the ‘About Us’ page. Some sessions are drop-in, some are part of a course. Please note that some teachers work term-time only. If you have any questions please do email the centre [email protected].

Pilates (all levels) 8.45-9.45am with Saskia West (term time)

Beginners/Teens Yoga (all levels) Alternate weeks 6-7pm with Sarah Delfas (term time)

Iyengar Yoga (all levels) 7.30-9pm with Sarah Delfas (term time)

Wednesday

Dru Yoga (all levels) 6-7pm with Anita Sebre-Ward (term time)

Gentle Hatha Yoga (all levels)  7.30-9pm with Madeline Best

Thursday

Pilates (all levels) 8.45-9.45am with Saskia West (term time)

Pilates (all levels) 10-11am with Saskia West (term time)

Tai Chi (all levels) 7-8pm with Terry Creasey

Friday

Iyengar Yoga (all levels) 9am-10.30am with Sarah Delfas (term time)
