Group Meditation for Relaxation

Meditation can help to reduce stress, help you to connect with positive emotions and support your health and wellbeing. If you are looking for guidance and support in any area of your life, the connection you find through meditation can be extremely beneficial. This group is suitable for those with some experience of meditation. It takes place 7.30-9.30pm on 5/5/22 and thereafter will be held on the first Tuesday of each month from 7-9pm.

The cost to attend is £12 per person. Please email the centre [email protected] to reserve a place. These sessions are led by Gabrielle Anya Rafello.

Meditation evenings are also held in the main hall to coincide with the Spring and Autumn Equinox dates and the Summer and Winter Solstice celebrations. For further information please email the centre or view list of events. [email protected].
