Have you always wanted to learn to meditate but don’t know how to start, can’t find the time or are confused about what is actually is?
This 5 week course is the perfect introduction to mindfulness meditation for all abilities. By the end of the course you will feel confident to independently practice many different meditation techniques including breathwork, body scans, visualisations and compassion.
