Kathy has been practicing Iyengar yoga for over 30 years. From the beginning she knew this method of yoga with its clear and authentic approach would always be part of her life.  She feels blessed to have been taught by some of the most senior teachers in the UK as well as many visiting teachers from Pune, India – home of Iyengar Yoga. She undertakes continuing professional development to keep improving her own practice and knowledge.

Being a keen runner and cyclist yoga has helped enormously to maintain strength, flexibility and body awareness to overcome the inevitable sporting niggles, twinges and hamstrings.
