If you are experiencing restlessness, anxiety, too many thoughts, or sleepless nights these are clear symptoms of Vata imbalance. Vata consists of two elements air and space and is generally described as cold, light, dry, rough, flowing, and spacious. In this workshop, you will learn what causes Vata imbalance, what is effective ayurvedic lifestyle routines for Vata, and how to balance it with gentle, grounding yoga sequences and postures, calming breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation. This workshop is suitable for all, no previous yoga experience is necessary. Tea and healthy snacks will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a bottle of water and a towel. £25.
